- Instead of a gym membership, check out community centers that offer a lower or free membership.
- Buy a good pair of running shoes and run outside. Map out a route with your car for mileage and have it start and end at your house. You will always run the same distance.
- Take a brisk walk moving your arms for a better work-out.
